Cara Stark has been an instrumental part of AnCap Insurance's success since 2000.
As personal lines supervisor and office manager, Cara says she loves the family environment of the firm.
A Phoenix native, she takes pride in providing customized service to AnCap's clients.
When not at work, Cara enjoys spending time with her son and family, which include her two dogs and a turtle. She is also fascinated by genealogy and she often spends her free time researching her family history.
Commercial Lines Assistant and Marketing Coordinator
Born in Racine, WI, Erin Morrow helps commercial clients with diverse customer service needs.
Erin, who holds an Associate's degree in Marketing, has been an AnCap employee since 2005. She also serves as the firm's marketing coordinator, which includes publishing our monthly newsletter.
Erin believes that AnCap's moral character is unparalleled. "At AnCap, we try to think outside the box. We go beyond what others do for customers," she says.
Erin enjoys spending her spare time with her husband, two daughters, and pets. She also enjoys scrapbooking, cooking, and "game nights" with family and friends.
Receptionist and Health & Life Insurance Coordinator
As AnCap's Insurance's receptionist, Heather juggles many roles. She works primarily as the health and life insurance coordinator and she provides personal lines backup.
Born at Luke Air Force Base and raised in Glendale, she has been with the firm since 2008. "I enjoy working in a small business atmosphere. We are truly like a family," she says.
Heather is married and raising two young daughters, along with two playful dogs.
