Frank Capparelle, Sr.

President and CEO

Frank Capparelle, Sr. serves as AnCap Insurance's president and CEO. Coming from a long line of family entrepreneurs, Frank is best known for his customer-driven work ethic. He works closely with clients, assisting them with all aspects of their personal insurance needs.

Raised in Greenwich, CT, Frank gained valuable experience working in his family's general contracting business. He joined the Air Force, and after serving in Vietnam, took a job as a sales director for a life insurance company.

After securing his personal insurance license, he and his wife, Ann, built AnCap Insurance from scratch, specializing in life, health, property and casualty insurance.

Frank says his favorite part of the business is helping others reduce their insurance costs and gaps in coverage. In his spare time, he loves to watch football and spend time with his family. He and Ann, whom AnCap Insurance is named after, have been married since 1967.

Ann Capparelle is just as passionate about the family-owned business as her husband, Frank. Since starting AnCap, she has helped it grow, managing day-to-day business operations and handling both personal and commercial lines. 

A native of Greenwich, CT, Ann is privileged to work with her husband, son and wonderful staff, but credits AnCap's clients for the firm's success. "Our clients motivate us to succeed. They have helped us grow our business, one policy at a time," she says.

When not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, gardening, theater, cooking, and entertaining.
